1. Before we start the month’s payroll
We go through what needs to be prepared and checked so the payroll run starts correctly.
2. During the payroll run

3. Before payment and post-reporting
Before payroll is paid out and finance reports are delivered, we do a full monthly reconciliation. We make sure gross pay, benefits, tax, and net pay align across payroll data, accounting, and reporting to the tax authority.
