TG Payroll AB is a specialized payroll company in the Nordic region. We work both with payroll outsourcing and with consulting assignments for both national and international companies. We have been in the payroll business since 2001.

As we expand our offering, we are now looking for dedicated and experienced Payroll experts to join our great team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment and make a significant impact in the world of payroll.

Your role
As a Payroll expert with us, you will play an important role in the reception, management and implementation of our many different client assignments and projects. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Correct processing of salaries for our customers

– Ensuring compliance with company policies, national laws and regulations

– Keep abreast of changes in pay legislation and adapt processes and systems accordingly.

– Providing consultancy services in the field of payroll to clients

– Participate in and manage projects towards customers or internally

We are the smaller company where we take advantage of your qualities and you get the opportunity to work and develop in what you think is fun and are passionate about. If you have experience in preparing salaries for expatriates/external staff, this is requested.

Who you are
The ideal candidate has:
– We highly value good teamwork between colleagues where we share knowledge with each other

– Experience in payroll management, preferably with experience from other Nordic countries or a strong interest in learning how to master Nordic payroll

– Strong analytical skills and accuracy Preferably very good knowledge of Excel

– Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Swedish and English

– A degree in HR, economics or a related field

We use the following systems: Flex HRM all modules, Visma Netpay (payroll system Norway), Palkkaus and Mepco (payroll system Finland) and Zenergy (payroll system Denmark). We would like you to have experience in any of these.

We work with Microsoft software such as Sharepoint, Teams etc.
